Terms and Conditions

As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. including providing current gate codes (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup). You are also responsible for notification of any changes in the number of dogs we are scooping for and for keeping dogs away from the serviced area during cleanings for their safety.

You are responsible for maintaining regularly mowed grass in order to ensure we are able to effectively clean up thoroughly.

You must keep your card information up to date to maintain ongoing service.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard expediently at another time.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

Scooper Fresh does not provide service during the week of December 25.

Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time.

By submitting any form on this website, you are giving permission to communicate with you by call, text, or email, sometimes using automated technology. We will only communicate when necessary regarding your service requests, reminders, or occasional special offers. No purchase is required. If you ever change your mind, reply “end” or “stop” to any email or text message to opt out. Standard text rates apply. Your information will never be sold.

Dispute Resolution: If you have any concern or dispute about our service you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Scooper Fresh directly.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.  If changes are material we will make we will make reasonable effort to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined our discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the service.
