Our Process

How It Works

  • 1. Sign up

    Explore our website, check pricing and service options available, then click "start here." Enter your zip code and a few basic details to confirm your monthly service price. From there, fill out your address and payment details and click "sign up."

  • 2. Set up Client Portal

    You will receive  an email with a link and password to set up your client portal. The Portal will prompt you to choose your own password on first login. In this portal you can update your payment method, choose which notifications you would like, and update your services.

  • 3. Ready to Start

    We will be in touch with you to confirm your first service. You will not be billed until after your first service is completed. The first invoice will be pro-rated for the month as applicable and each subsequent billing will be prepaid at the start of the month.

  • 4. First Scoop

    On the day of your first scoop we will send a notification when we are on our way. We will scoop your yard and when we are finished we will confirm that with a notification including a photo of your closed gate.

  • 5. Ongoing Service

    We will return on the frequency you have chosen. The exact day and time may vary as our schedules are optimized each week to maintain the best possible pricing.
